Discovery flow

Read /llms.txt, fetch /openapi.json or /.well-known/x402-catalog.json, select an endpoint by value and price, then submit an x402 payment before retrying the paid request.

The production network is Base mainnet using CAIP-2 network id eip155:8453 and USDC payment requirements returned by the API.
